Our records show that you have started an application for the Elks Most Valuable Student Scholarship. This is a friendly reminder that the deadline to submit an application is November 12, 2025 at 11:59PM PST. Please follow the steps below to ensure completion of the application process. Your application must be submitted by the deadline.

To complete the application process:

1. Go to https://elks.applyists.net and log into your account
2. On your Home page under Applications, locate the Elks Most Valuable Student Scholarship box
3. Click on the “Started” button to view additional information about your application
4. Click on the “Go To Form” button to open your application
5. Complete all required fields, upload any required materials and click “Submit”

Please Note: Your Counselor Report must be submitted by November 19, 2025 at 11:59PM. If your supplement status shows this requirement as Not Complete, please follow-up with your Counselor prior to the deadline. You may refer to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document for specific application requirements.
